PNL specializes in consulting, drafting documents and conducting necessary legal procedures related to the re-issuance of work permits for foreigners.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Decree 102\/2013\/ND-CP effective on November 1, 2013 and Circular 03\/2014\/TT-BLDTBXH effective on March 10, 2014, the issuance of work permits has new changes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: Within 3 days from the date the foreigner discovers that the work permit is lost or damaged, changes the passport, the workplace stated on the permit or expires, the foreigner is responsible for reporting Employers, Vietnamese partners or representatives of foreign non-governmental organizations shall notify the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

1. Dossier for re-issuance of work permits to foreigners includes:<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

1. The employer’s written request for re-grant of a work permit in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. 02 photos (size 3cm x 4cm, bare head, front view, clear face, clear ears, no glasses, white background), photos taken not older than 06 months by the time of application submission.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. The original of the issued work permit<\/span><\/p>\n

a) In case of change in the Passport, there must be a copy of the passport or a valid replacement passport as prescribed by law and the issued work permit (unless it is lost). ;<\/span><\/p>\n

b) In case the work permit expires, the issued work permit (unless it is lost) must be valid for at least 5 days, but not more than 15 days, before the date the issued work permit expires. ;<\/span><\/p>\n
