1. Dossier for re-issuance of work permits to foreigners includes:

1. The employer’s written request for re-grant of a work permit in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

2. 02 photos (size 3cm x 4cm, bare head, front view, clear face, clear ears, no glasses, white background), photos taken not older than 06 months by the time of application submission.

3. The original of the issued work permit

a) In case of change in the Passport, there must be a copy of the passport or a valid replacement passport as prescribed by law and the issued work permit (unless it is lost). ;

b) In case the work permit expires, the issued work permit (unless it is lost) must be valid for at least 5 days, but not more than 15 days, before the date the issued work permit expires. ;

• Health certificate as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 10 of this Decree;
• The document of the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee approving the employment of foreign workers and one of the following papers:
• The document of the foreign party appointing foreign workers to work in Vietnam;
• Contract or agreement signed between the Vietnamese side and the foreign party, in which there must be an agreement on the foreign workers working in Vietnam;

The papers specified at this Point are 01 original or 01 copy. If they are in a foreign language, consular legalization is exempt but must be translated into Vietnamese and authenticated in accordance with Vietnamese law.
